1. Religion
Anytown, USA - There are few words in the English language that are as powerful as the word "Freee." Manufacturers know this, retailers know this, and consumers know this. Slap a sticker on a product or ad that says "Free" and you're going to get someone's attention. "Buy one, get one free" or "25% more free" works; let's admit it, we look for thos types of deals when we shop Almost unknowingly, quietly, this "frfee deal" mentality has crept into other areas of our lives. We like big returns for little invested. We want lots of value for little cost. All o that is okay until we apply this same expectation on our relationships. Especially our relationship with Christ. We want a vibrant walk with Jesus for nothing. We want a $3 bargain of the Eternal God. But I have learned that anything of value in my life costs me. It is true for you as well. You want a great marriage...it will cost you; you want a terrific relationship with your children...it will cost you; you want a super church...it will cost you -- what is your business costing you - in time for instance? Yes we have lots of free things to offer, BUT you have to get them, then use them right. Let me know if I can help. Keith Shrum

3. "Nothing is impossible"
"Nothing is impossible with God!" Philippians 4:13 -- "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success. Pray with me for greater success.
